DISC ASSESSMENT

UNDERSTANDING YOUR DISC PROFILE

See the behavioral patterns that shape how you lead, communicate, make decisions, and interact with others.

UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS

WHY DISC MATTERS

If communication feels harder than it should
If certain personalities consistently create friction
If leading requires more energy than it used to

Many professionals spend years adjusting to people, expectations, and workplace dynamics without ever understanding how they naturally operate.

They adapt, stretch, and compensate, often without realizing how much energy that constant adjustment requires.

The DISC assessment helps you see the behavioral patterns behind those experiences so communication becomes clearer and leadership becomes more intentional.

THE DISC MODEL

WHAT DISC MEASURES

DISC is one of the most widely used behavioral frameworks for understanding communication styles and interpersonal dynamics.

D

DOMINANCE

How you approach problems and challenges.

Measures how decisive, direct, and results-focused you tend to be when facing obstacles or making decisions.

I

INFLUENCE

How you interact with and influence others.
Measures how outgoing, persuasive, and relationship-oriented you tend to be in communication and social situations.

S

STEADINESS
How you respond to pace and consistency.

Measures how patient, dependable, and supportive you tend to be when working with others and navigating change.

C

CONSCIENTIOUSNESS

How you respond to procedures and standards.

Measures how analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused you tend to be when approaching tasks and expectations.

HOW THIS HELPS

WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH

After completing the DISC assessment and debrief, you'll walk away with a clearer understanding of your behavioral tendencies and how they influence the way you lead, communicate, and make decisions.

Most clients leave with insight into:

• Why certain personalities or environments create friction
• How their behavioral tendencies show up under pressure
• Where they may be over-adjusting or stretching to meet expectations
• How to communicate more effectively with different behavioral styles
• Practical ways to use their strengths more intentionally in leadership and collaboration

DISC does not measure intelligence, ability, or values. It describes patterns of observable behavior. The goal is not to change who you are. It’s to help you understand how you work so you can lead, communicate, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

THE DIFFERENCE

INSIGHT, NOT JUST A REPORT

Most DISC assessments include a report and a brief debrief that reviews the results.

In this session, we go deeper. The report provides insight into your behavioral style, but the real value comes from exploring how those patterns show up in your leadership, communication, and interactions with others.

During the debrief, we look at how your DISC style operates in real situations, where it naturally supports you, and where it may be creating tension or misunderstandings. The goal is to move beyond the report so you can recognize these patterns and apply the insight more intentionally in your life and relationships.
