With more than two decades of strategic planning and management across various business sectors, including marketing, event production, program development, and strategic growth, I have channeled my business acumen, life experiences, and training to focus on empowering women to live better lives.

Having walked the path as a former hardworking perfectionist, I intimately understand the challenges of constantly setting new goals, struggling to find time for enjoyment, and falling into the trap of overthinking and overworking. I am here to guide you toward success with less stress, helping you strike a balance that allows you to savor life without compromising your aspirations.
